If a result doesn't match what your airline says, it helps to include:

• the programme and your tier
• the route and the fare class or fare type
• what the calculator showed, and what the airline shows or credited
• a link to the airline's page, if you have one

What we can't help with

We're not connected to any airline, so we can't help with bookings, missing miles, account problems or status questions about your own account. For those, please contact your airline or loyalty programme directly.
