Royal Club is the program of Royal Jordanian, a member of oneworld. Tier Miles come from the miles you fly and your fare, and you can reach each tier by Tier Miles or by the number of segments. Silver Jay and Gold Sparrow last one year, and Platinum Hawk lasts two.
