Miles & More is the programme of the Lufthansa Group, including SWISS, Austrian Airlines and Brussels Airlines, and a member of Star Alliance. Status comes from Points, a fixed amount per flight by travel class and whether the flight crosses continents.

At least half your Points must be Qualifying Points; on Lufthansa Group flights every Point counts as one. HON Circle Points come only from Business and First Class flights.
Miles to spend
Miles are 4 per euro of fare, or 6 for Frequent Traveller, Senator and HON Circle members, when booked with a Lufthansa Group airline. Tickets from other channels earn by booking class and distance instead.
Who it suits
Frequent flyers with Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian or Brussels Airlines. Because Points are fixed per flight, many short European trips add up quickly.
